"UniKaksha Gurgaon is my new home" This is the first thing our very talented email marketer, Moka Sridhar Varma, said when he asked him about UniKaksha. Sridhar joined our team in January 2023.
Having just completed four months at UniKaksha, we were interested in hearing about his experience.
Here is what he had to say:
"UniKaksha Gurgaon is my new home. I am primarily from Andhra Pradesh. I have spent most of my life down south. When I was offered a role at UniKaksha, I was both excited and anxious about it. I was excited as the company has been crossing leaps and bounds in growth, and I got a chance to be a part of it but was anxious as it meant leaving my home and moving into a new place with new people.
Then I asked myself whether I wanted comfort or growth. So, here I am, completing my four months at UniKaksha. I am handling every aspect of email marketing for the company. I have learned plenty of things in these 4 months.
The onboarding procedure went smoothly. I received excellent assistance from the HR throughout the process. I can still clearly recall my first day of work. The crew had planned a lavish greeting. By EOD, I felt at ease among all of them because everyone was so incredibly kind!
I met with Mr. Abhay Dubey, the founder, and Ms Hena Babu, my reporting manager. After the meeting, I realised the size of the business and how much I could learn by working here.
The work environment at UniKaksha is excellent. We always collaborate. The language barrier presented challenges for me on a few occasions. During these times my manager stepped in right away to tackle the issue and called a team meeting. The team supported this initiative well. The problem was fixed at the conclusion of the call!
These were the best four months I could ask for. I could go as far as to say that UniKaksha is my new home for the same reason.
I would absolutely advise you to look at UniKaksha, even whether you are just starting your career or seeking new employment. It excels in every category that a company can provide to its employees.
