Refund Policy - Try Before You Buy

UniKaksha is committed to providing our students with the best learning experience. We believe in our products and services and offer a one-week trial period to ensure our students’ satisfaction (except for self-paced training programs). If you are not satisfied with your purchase during the trial period, you can request a full refund

How does it work?

To claim your refund, please follow the below procedure:

  • Send an email from your registered email ID to [email protected] with the subject “Online course refund”.
  • Please provide a valid reason for the refund (for our internal purpose only).
  • Ensure that the email is received within the trial period from the batch start date.
Refund Amount Calculation:
  • 100% refund of seat reservation amount after the 1-week trial period if informed within 7 days of the trial period.
  • Prorated refund for dropping training mid-way only for Fully paid students. (Not applicable for SI Students)
    1. 50% fees refunded if requested before the Industry Orientation phase.
    2. No refunds if Industry Orientation training starts.
  • No refund in case of violation of the Code of Conduct or Disciplinary issues.
  • Refund will be processed in 25 working days after receiving the refund email with a valid reason.
  • No refund on the ASPIRE program after 7 days trial period.
Batch Rollover:

Transfers between batches of the same course are allowed only once and must be requested 15 days in advance.

Refunds for ASPIRE Program:

The policy states that students who have completed the program and have not received any placement within 12 months are not responsible for paying any training fees to UniKaksha. This policy applies only to candidates who:

  • Graduated from Unikaksha’s ASPIRE Program.
  • Fulfilled the Terms and Conditions mentioned in the student contract.
  • Conducted a professional job search as described by our student placement team.
  • Registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Refunds in Case of Duplicate Payments/Over payments:

  • In case of any duplicate payment or overpayment, students are required to immediately inform our support team.
  • Upon verification, the excess payment will be refunded to the original payment method within 25 working days.

Please Note: Unikaksha may revise the terms and conditions of this policy without prior notice. Any approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days, exclusive of GST, and refunded to the original payment source.
