Refund Policy

We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for showing interest in our courses. We must ensure that you have a gratifying experience while you discover, access, and purchase our self-paced, instructor-led, or Job Guarantee courses. When you purchase a training course on UniKaksha, you agree to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Our Refund Policy is as follows:

For skillup courses:

A refund request has to be made within 3 days of purchase of course. The money back guarantee stands null void if the learner has downloaded an E-book or accessed more than 15% of the course content. Any refund request raised after 3 days of the purchase of course will not be considered and no refunds will be initiated.

For Instructor led training:

In order to protect our instructors from fraud and provide them with a reasonable payment schedule, we will not process any refund requests. All payments are final and non-refundable. Please evaluate the program carefully before enrolling in the program.

For registration fees:

Registration fees allow the students to book their seats of upcoming batches and not lose out on precious time and wait for a seat. In order for us to fully plan the schedule, this fees is utlized to book the seats for the students and hence affects our planning. Therefore, we do not offer any refunds under any circumstances for the registration fees.

For job guarantee program:

Learners may request a refund using the refund request form. Refund applies to the candidates who have:
  • Graduated from UniKaksha’s TechFit Job Guarantee Program.
  • Fulfilled the Terms and Conditions mentioned in student contract.
  • Have conducted professional job search as described by our student success team.
  • Not received any placement within 12 months from the date of completion of the program.
A fully-filled refund request form must be submitted to your assigned mentor within 30 (thirty) days after the end/expiry of 12 (twelve) months of successful completion from UniKaksha’s TechFit Job Guarantee Program.

Refunds in case of duplicate payments/over payments

If any duplicate payment is made or learner has paid more than the invoiced amount, the learner is required to intimate our support team ASAP. If received, the additional payment will be refunded via the original payment method within 30 working days.

Note: UniKaksha reserves the right to revise the policy’s terms & conditions without any prior notice. Refunds, upon approval by UniKaksha, will be processed within 30 (thirty) business days to the original payment source, excluding GST.
